Cereal Box Rubber Band Powered Car

Goku Son commented "i have to make a car run at least 3 meters out of CDs, cereal box, rubber band, and etc. This is for my Engineering challenge" so I checked my videos and realised that I haven't done a rubber band powered car based on a cereal box, probably because my cereals come in plastic bags. Today I bought some cereal in a box so that I could make a suitable car. It covers the 5 metre length of my kitchen easily using the lightest of my rubber bands so the power could be upgraded if extra speed is required. I use strips cut from rubber washing-up gloves to give the back wheels extra grip.

8 plastic bottle tops
2 barbecue skewer
2 drinking straws
