Today's video is all about using your hips more dynamically. Your hips are the engine of all movement. Having good hip movement will translate to good climbing movement.

By thinking of your hips as a main part of your body to move, you'll start using it more.

In general, we use C and J shapes to create momentum, visualize this as you practice these on the wall.

I love doing thses as part of a main session after a good warm up. Set a timer for 10mins and work just on your hip movement.

You'll start to implement it more naturally as you practice it more.
