This patient who is a pianist & organist came in complaining of pain, numbness, weakness in his right hand, arm and tennis elbow with tightness in his right neck and shoulder. I performed a Ystrap adjustment, shoulder adjustment, elbow and wrist adjustment. I followed those with myofascial release of the forearm to restore normal muscle function. Following his adjustment his grip strength improved by 5lbs.
