Follow along with this 12 minute kettlebell EMOM as a home workout or in the gym. All you need is one kettlebell (I used 20kg/44lb) and you're good to go.

The kettlebell exercises in this EMOM are great for developing strength and getting the heart rate going. This kettlebell workout contains a mix of kettlebell swings and kettlebell strength exercises.
