Samosa Recipe | Gujarati Chana Dal Samosa | ચણા દાળ ના સમોસા બનાવવાની રીત | Monsoon Tea-Time Snacks

Have you had enough of Aloo filled Samosas? Then try making these Chana Dal Samosas at home. Crispy, Crunchy & Delicious in taste.

Ingredients:
For Boiling Dal
1 cup Dal
5 cup Water
Turmeric ( a pinch )
Soda Bi Carb ( a pinch )
2 tsp Salt

For Masala
Dal ( Boiled )
¼ cup Coconut
½ cup Mint
¼ cup Coriander ( Optional )
3 – 4 Onion ( Medium ) Finely Chopped
1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp Cashew ( Finely Chopped )
1 tbsp Raisin
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp Green Chilli Paste
2 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Parrot Chilli ( Finely Chopped )
Salt to Taste

Other Ingredients
250 gm Samosa Dough Sheets
Oil for Frying
2 tbsp Maida ( for paste )
