3 tbsp sugar [38 grams]
2 tsp instant yeast [6 grams]
3 cups all purpose flour [405 grams]
1/2 tsp salt [3 grams]
1/4 cup melted butter [60 ml]
*1 extra egg yolk (for eggwash)

1/2 cup all purpose flour [70 grams]
1/4 cup cold butter [60 grams]
1 tbsp sugar [13 grams]
1/3 cup grated cheddar cheese [80 grams]
