Functional, never boring. Today's workout focuses on the lower body and shoulders, incorporating a unique blend of strength training and functional fitness. I did squats and shoulder press at home, then farmers' carry up a steep staircase.

I like to keep my workouts interesting, so for this one, I threw in some stair carries to mix things up, add a little fun, and challenge myself differently. It's a challenging leg day workout with minimal rest. 💪

I hit five rounds on the steps, then headed home to finish with four more exercises done circuit-style for three rounds. Give this one a try. You’ll be glad you did. And if you don’t have stairs, no worries, you can do carries on flat ground just as easily.
