Learn how to improve your splits and again flexibility fast! Try stretching along with the video every day for 15 days and see how much your flexibility improves with our 15 day challenge!

In this video, I demonstrate a full warm up routine with music so that you can simply hit "play" and follow along with the exercises without having to stop to hit pause. You can skip this part of the video and your own warm up but please, please warm up before stretching.

Next, I hold the splits for a full 2 minutes on each side and talk you through it to help the time pass more quickly. During this, I demonstrate the techniques and tricks I use to improve my splits faster.
