small original composition 20: The Ugly Caterpillar | Musescore 4 with Muse Sounds

Thanks for listening! Here’s my 20th original composition, written in Musescore 4 using Muse Sounds.

Do you know the story about the ugly duckling? Well, when the theme of this weeks composition challenge was announces – Transition – and the beautiful cover art was a butterfly, I decided to write the little story out in music about the ugly caterpillar turning into a butterfly. It has to include a transition, so we go from 2/4 to a beautiful walz in 3/4. This is the second time I do a walz, but I love to write them.
