Time to finish a retro repair on a Nintendo GameCube game console! This is part 2 of my retro GameCube Console repair. If you haven’t seen part 1 yet, I suggest clicking the link below.

This is my first retro repair so please be gentle and don’t take this as an ‘experts’ guide to game console repairs.

In Part 2, I’ll be installing the PicoBoot mod chip by webhdx that uses a Raspberry Pi Pico. I’ll also be replacing the thermal pads on the CPU, GPU and RAM and adding a replacement fan in. I’ll install Swiss by emukidid on to an SD Card to enable me to run games from that SD Card, and lastly, reassemble the whole console!
