Mexican Style Hot Dogs | Pour Choices Kitchen

Just cause Cinco De Mayo has passed doesn't mean I'mma stop celebrating Mexico. While I love a classic hot dog, I wanted to do something special. So load up them buns with some delicious guac, bacon, cotija cheese, chipotle mayo and a beer-simmered hotdog because I'm doing ridiculous dogs all summer long!

Grocery List:

8 hotdogs
12oz Mexican Beer
1 cup beef broth
1 tbsp Cattleman's Grill Mexicano seasoning
8 buns
Crumbled bacon
Cotija Cheese
Pickled jalapeños

Guacamole:
1 medium red onion, diced
2 roma tomatos, seeds removed, diced
1 jalapeno, seeds and ribs removed, diced
3 jumbo avocados
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 tsp smoked sea salt
1/2 lime, juiced
Optional: 2-3 garlic cloves, minced

Chipotle Mayo:
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp smoked salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp chipotle powder (optional: 1 tbsp minced chipotle peppers in adobo)
1/8 tsp cumin
1 tsp fresh lime juice
