This is a Full Body Hourglass Pilates workout. This routine requires no equipment, but is programmed in a way to challenge and strengthen you. While we cannot change our genetic shape, we can train in a way that influences where muscle grows, and this can have an impact on the symmetry of the way our bodies look. This is something I learned many years ago during my time in the bodybuilding world. No equipment workouts can be a great place to start, but I encourage you to try adding in weights when you feel ready! I have many full body workouts with weights on my channel that would be a great compliment to Pilates work.
