Aero-Port Wedge Box for Infinity Kappa 1000w Subwoofer - DIY BUILD

Contrary to my previous comments and reviews about JBL S2 and JBL Stage series subwoofers, about their overall inferior build quality. The cone and dust cap adhesive easily got unglued even just to normal use. The Infinity Kappa subwoofers on the other hand are way above their value in terms of quality, performance and output!

The sister brand Infinity which under the same mega company Harman International, makes these very high quality Infinity Kappa subwoofers. High quality Carbon-fiber cone that also frequently mistaken as Kevlar composite cone. Kappa 1000w is a 10 inch subwoofer with a factory open-air FS of 30Hz. Brands and markings on the motor magnet is embossed, sturdy spring loaded speaker posts. The impedance metal switch has smooth to the feel, switching impedance 2 and 4 Ohms. Overall quality wise is superb versus its market price which is somewhat level as of JBL's best selling lines.
