Building yet another ported and active 1 cuft enclosure for JBL Stage 1010 subwoofer. This time the box shape is rectangular and a more compact in design of having only 1 cubic foot total box volume. Without a further ado, let's start unboxing and building!

02:45 - Cutting a notch for seamless carpeting on side panels.
03:10 - Cutting hole for subwoofer amplifier board plate.
03:35 - Secure the amp board by covering and sealing.
04:20 - Cutting subwoofer hole with palm router.
04:40 - Cutting port tube hole.
05:15 - PVC pipe as port tube extension.
05:22 - Gluing the plywood bracket for port tube extension in place.
06:00 - Drive down screws into the enclosure for extra hold.
06:30 - Fabricating and painting steel subwoofer grill.

06:58 - Contact rubber cement is cheap and fast adhesive for carpets.
07:45 - Seamlessly insert carpet edges into the notch using a prying tool or steel spatula.

09:15 - Bolt down subwoofer and steel grill with T-nuts and allen hex bolts.
