Pepper corns 8 Nos
Coconut Oil
Coriander powder- 1/2 Tea spoon
Chilli Powder-1/4 tea spoon
Turmeric-1/4 Tea spoon
Ghee-1Tea spoon
Salt
Mint
Cilantro

For Rice:
Rice: 4 cups
Onion
Coconut Oil
Ghee
water: 8 Cups
Gharam Masala whole with bay leaf and extra cardamom
Salt: 4 Tea spoons
Cashew

For Garnish:
fried Onion, Cashew and Raisins
For Dhum:
Cilantro, Mint, Lemon and Gharam Masala
