Roasted Potatoes

2 Lbs Yukon Gold potatoes-cut into quarters
1 onion sliced
1-2 Tbsp avocado oil(or oil of choice)
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Preheat Ninja Foodi Grill on Roast at 375F.
Cut potatoes and onions add all remaining ingredients and toss to combine or stir.
Add to Air crisp basket
cook for 20 minutes-tossing several times while cooking.
