Awakening to one's true nature as pure consciousness marks the beginning of a profound healing and integration process. This process involves the release of outdated beliefs and conditionings, as well as unprocessed emotions that are held in the system. When one opens to higher consciousness, anything in the system which is not in alignment with that will bubble up to be processed and released. This is a good thing!

It is important to be vigilant with one's practice in order not to fall into the trap of identifying with a mental agenda to perfect the human form. This agenda can appear as a desire to heal or release emotions, energies or contractions from the body and a subtle waiting to reach a point in the future when the process is complete. However, any kind of agenda prevents the healing and integration process from happening because agendas are a form of conceptual identification which block the flow of divine intelligence.

The magic ingredient for the most powerful healing to take place effortlessly is total and complete surrender. This means disidentification from all forms, concepts and experiences and the embodiment of a state of pure Being, absolute allowing. This is unconditional love, and ultimately this is what you are.
