Breakfast:
60g oats
water
banana
honey
granola

Lazy Girl Chopped bagel:
lettuce
80g cooked chicken
1 rasher bacon
20g low fat mayo
1 bagel

Pesto air fryer chicken and potatoes:
150g chicken breast
1 tsp paprika & oregano
200g potatoes
1 tbsp green pesto
40ml low fat cream
10g grated mozzarella
50g broccoli to serve
