Bread Kheer Toast

Take
5 no - Bread Slice
Cut into Square Pieces

Take a Pan and add Ghee
Fry above Bread in Golden Colour

Take a Pan and add
1 Cup - Sugar
3/4 Cup - Water
Make a 1 String Consistency like Honey
1/2 tsp - Cardamom Powder
Mix and Close the Flame

Put Fried Bread ,deep into Syrup , immidently Remove from Syrup and Keep aside

Take Pan and add
1 Cup - Milk Full Fat
3/4 Cup - Milk Powder
Pinch - Saffron Soaked in Luke Warm Water
Boil till thick and add
2 tbsp - Above Sugar Syrup
Mix and Cook till thicken , Let Cool Completely
Then Take a 2 Sweet Bread , in between apply above Mawa and One Side apply Pistachio Flakes and Serve
