Thai Pad Routine #3 demonstrated by Evade's Master Instructor David Breed & Evade Blackbelt & 2 x WKA World Champion Lindsey Holmes.

We have broken this drill down into easy to practise single strike sections, this is a great routine to develop your fitness and conditioning, whilst developing your technique and building your power.

Vary this routine by swapping sides, mixing the counts during the rounds, have the blocking and evading strikes making it more 'alive'.

A great fun routine for both the student and the pad holder.
