Its a short clip taken from a full series of pad work drills that are learnt progressively enabling both the pad holder to develop their holding and combination skills, plus the striker to build not just their offence but their defensive and counter skills!

The footage is to help me raise funds to improve my training facility for my students and our junior martial arts programs. They won't be expensive so please support our centre, I will be uploading loads of free footage also!
