About this Video:
This cancer fighting superfood is actually really delicious and super easy to make. Besides being one of the healthiest vegetables on the planet it tastes delicious. It's a perfect leafy green side dish and if you cook it right you may even be able to get the kids to eat it. Not promising anything, but it's worth a try. You can prepare kale various ways, but we've found that a quick saute' is our favorite.
