750 г муки
350 мл воды
1 ч.л. соли
1 ч.л. сахара
1 ч.л. дрожжей
1400 г говяжьего фарша
2 луковицы, мелко нарезанные
4 зубчика чеснока, измельчённые
1 ч.л. зиры
1 ч.л. кориандра
Соль и перец по вкусу
