Ingredients:
1st method
3 cups of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp butter
1/3 shredded coconut
1/2 tsp salt
tsp ginger
tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup milk
tsp baking powder

2nd method
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
whole coconut
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/2 tsp salt
tsp ginger
zest one lemon for flavor
2 eggs
1 cup water
tsp baking powder
