MY LIFE AFTER YACHTING - Struggling To Find A Way Forward

Working on yachts and superyachts is great until you decide you don't want to do it anymore. Then what? I certainly don't have all the answers, but I'm currently in the process of making the move from yacht first officer to life on land, and I hope that the lessons I've been learning along the way can be of some use to you.

Life as a super yacht crew member gets you accustomed to a structure and framework that simply isn't there when you step ashore, so it's important to be as prepared as possible. This is the second time that I've tried to do it, so I'm now well-practiced in all the limiting beliefs and mistakes that can stop you from making a success of it!
