🌶️ Garlic Maggi Noodles with Masala Punch 🧄🍜
📝 Ingredients:
2 packets Maggi noodles

1½ tbsp oil (any cooking oil or butter for extra flavor)

8–10 garlic cloves (finely chopped or crushed)

1 medium onion (finely chopped)

1 small capsicum (chopped)

1 small tomato (chopped)

1 green chili (optional, finely chopped)

1½ tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)

½ tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp garam masala

1 tsp chaat masala

½ tsp black pepper (optional)

Salt to taste

2 cups water

Fresh coriander (for garnish)

Lemon juice – ½ tsp (optional)

Maggi masala sachets (from the packets)

🍳 Step-by-Step Preparation:
Heat Oil:

In a pan, heat oil on medium flame.

Add finely chopped garlic and sauté till golden brown and fragrant.

Sauté Veggies:

Add chopped onions and sauté until soft and light brown.

Add green chili (optional), capsicum, and tomato.

Cook for 3–4 minutes till tomatoes soften.

Add Spices:

Add red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, chaat masala, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.

Mix well and sauté for a minute till the masala releases oil.

Add Water & Noodles:

Pour 2 cups of water.

Once it starts boiling, add Maggi noodles and both masala sachets.

Cook the Maggi:

Mix well and let the noodles cook on medium flame for 3–4 minutes or until water is mostly absorbed and noodles are soft.

Final Touch:

Add a dash of lemon juice and mix.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
