the Béchamel sauce :
1 litter of milk = 4 measuring cups
1 litter of chicken soup = 4 measuring cups
4 tablespoons of flour
100 grams of butter + 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper
9 sheets of lasagna
1 and 1/2 cups of mixed cheese “ mozzarella, Parmesan”
