Gula Halus – ¾ cawan (135g)
Susu Pekat Manis – ¾ cawan (180g)
Serbuk Koko – ¾ cawan (60g)
Minyak Masak – ¾ cawan (135ml)
Air Panas – ¾ cawan (150ml)

MOUSSE COKLAT
Dark Compound Coins – 180g
Non-Diary Whipping Cream – 350g

MOUSSE PUTIH
Cream Cheese – 150g
Non-Diary Whipping Cream – 300g
Gula Ising – 2 sb

COKLAT GANACHE
Dark Compound Coins – 300g
Diary Whipping Cream – 150g
Mentega – 1 sk
