虾滑:
鲜虾仁 100g
淀粉 15g
常温水 20-30ml
蛋清 10g
料酒 3g
盐 1g
黑胡椒 1g
黑芝麻 2g

老油条3~4根(油条段约80克/30只)​

菠萝:
小菠萝 一颗
盐 1g
温水 一盆

For the Shrimp slippery:
Fresh shrimp 100g
Starch 15g
room-temperature water 20-30ml
Egg whites 10g
Cooking wine 3g
Salt 1g
Black pepper 1g
Black sesame 2g

Youtiao 3~4(about 80g /30 pieces)​

For the Pineapple:
A small pineapple
Salt 1g
A bowl of warm water
