The word "Transcend" is often misunderstood; it usually means to deny or push away what is happening in the moment. Although, this might work for a little, the issues will come back eventually. When I say Transcend, I mean to really understand the source of suffering and inquiry is the key to help us look within to see the cause/source of suffering.
Identification with the sense of "I", not the arising of it, is the cause of suffering!
We need to refocus our attention inward and discover what we are believing in the moment - this allows us to know what is causing suffering and allows us to transcend it! We have an almost automatic association with "I" and we believe it is who we are, but when we are willing to become aware that this misassociation is happening we begin to transcend Suffering!
