Elderberries - Planting in the SNOW?!

I love working with easy to propagate plants. Its incredibly satisfying to be able to plant out hundreds of shrubs and small trees a day! I talk about how I propagate Elderberry during the dormancy season. In this case we have snow on the ground but its thawed underneath, so I figure its fair game to plant away!
