This shop proves Hanoi phở is the best 🇻🇳

🇻🇳 It's 5am on a Thursday, and your friend is coming back from India after being away from Vietnam for 3 weeks. What do you do? You drive 30km to go pick him up, of course!

My buddy  @Max McFarlin  is back in Vietnam, and before heading back home to Saigon, he had a day layover in Hanoi. And of course, you don't go to Hanoi without eating some delicious northern cuisine, and there's no better Vietnam food in the morning after a long flight than a nice, hot, hearty phở. And what better place to enjoy it than in Hanoi's old quarter.
