The King In Yellow Overture

I wrote and recorded this about a year ago. I want this to be the theme song for my first ever Creepypasta reading. It's an ambitious project, and I'll probably end up doing something shorter first, but my ultimate goal is to read Robert W. Chambers masterpiece of horror, the King in Yellow, a collection of short stories connected by a cursed play of the same name.

In truth, it's one of the most unsettling books I've ever read, outdoing Lovecraft in terms of pure creepiness. The book actually inspired him, and was written years before his stories. The third story is, no joke, the first Slender Man Creepypasta ever written. A quote: "He was a slender man. His face was as white as his coat was black."

The stories include The Repairer Of Reputations, The Mask, In The Court Of The Dragon, and The Yellow Sign. My brother and I would be doing the narration, but we might have some guest readers if we can find someone who would be willing to read with us.

Hugo and I also have some songs we're recording for it. We decided that we didn't want to use Myuuji's music (not because we don't like his stuff, we're just very DIY.) so we have several piano songs, mostly covers of gothic punk tunes from the 1980's.
