See, she's the one who revealed herself (she's guilty). She gave people the idea that the members are talking about her. If she didn't react like a guilty party, nobody will have an idea what are those TWEETS all about.

Everyone is saying T-ara was also to BLAME, but there's one member who is major to be blame. If only she's not lazy enough, or didn't lie anything the members won't be upset. NO TWEETS will happen (even then, the TWEETS AIN'T THAT BAD AT ALL) they're upset of course, but nobody will know what were the members were talking about until HWAYOUNG exposed herself.

YES CCM(MBK) is everything about to blame, but Hwayoung played her part to be blame. T-ara paid 5 years of their career for those TWEETS people talking they responsible for.
