About the Mantra:
This Mantra appear in 4th Kaanda, 6th Prasna and 6th Anuvaka of Krishna Yajur Veda - Taittireeya Samhita. This Mantra is also appearing in Rig Veda at 6th Mandala 75th Sukta.
It is recited during all auspicious occasions and to get protection from enemies against attack of any weapons.

"Meaning" of this Mantra:
Thunderbolt: From heaven and earth, one strength (Ojas) is gathered. The trees (Vanaspataya) strengthened it. You are a chariot, surrounded by the cows and moved by the power of water. You seek Indra’s thunderbolt through oblation.
