Welcome to my latest video, this time making making this awesome North Indian curry gravy recipe loaded with onions, fresh tomatoes, cashews and fully flavoured with spices increased even more by the added seasoned oil.

This gravy is so good it can be eaten on its own with roti, naan or rice etc, otherwise, its the perfect sauce for your butter chicken or butter paneer dishes or other dish you want to improvise for the classic North Indian fine dining taste.

INGREDIENTS - Serves appropriately 8 portions
ghee 6 tbsp
onions 1.5 kg
garlic 1 bulb chopped
ginger 3 inch chopped
green chilli 4
cashews cup
full fat plain yogurt 1 cup
Garam masala 1 tbsp
coriander powder 1.5 tbsp
fresh fully ripened tomatoes 10
chilli powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Kasuri Methi/Dried Fenugreek Leaves 1 tbsp
coriander stalks 1 cup
water 1.5 ltres
