Today, we break down our normal stance progression with Force pedals. This is part of our Ground Force Level 1 protocol, where our key focus is ensuring that golfers understand how to properly use the ground. In this progression, we are breaking down how to use the force pedals to make sure that we have the proper point of application on each foot when it comes to applying pressures in the golf swing. Many golfers struggle to use the ground properly, which can lead to poor contact and a loss of distance. We are starting with the basics to ensure that we build your golf swing as efficiently as we can from the ground up.
