A Trigger point is a small patch of tightly contracted muscle, an isolated “spasm” affecting just an individual muscle fibre.
 
Trigger points are implicated in approximately 75 per cent to 95 per cent of muscular pain cases.
 
I am sharing with you in this short video how you can effectively deal with the trigger points that are commonly implicated in lower back pain.
