- [Narrator] Resisted external rotation.

Begin with one end of the band securely attached at waist height, place a towel rolled under your arm, while standing feet shoulder width apart hold an elastic band at your side with your elbow bent.

Start with your hand near your stomach, and then pull the band away, keeping your elbow at your side the entire time with it bent 90 degrees.

While doing this maneuver, your forearm will be rotated outward and keep your wrist straight.

Hold and slowly return.

A good tip for this maneuver is to keep your back straight, avoid leaning and keep your forearm parallel to the ground.

Do three sets of 10 repetitions on each side twice a day, five days a week.
