Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs of lean ground beef
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 tablespoon of ginger and garlic paste
1 bread soak in water and squeezed
1 1/2 cups of breadcrumbs or cream crackers crumbs
5 eggs beaten with a bit of salt and pepper
1 tablespoons of chopped mint
4 tablespoons of chopped coriander
1 teaspoon of cumin powder
2 teaspoons of coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder
Pinch of nutmeg powder
1/4 teaspoon of cloves powder
Oil for frying
