Embryo Freezing के बारेमें महत्वपूर्ण बातें।
1. Embryo को Liquid nitrogen में -196° फ्रीज़ किया जाता है।
2. Embryo Freezing के साथ आप जबतक चाहे उतने वक्त तक embryo रख सकते है।
3. Embryo freezing करने के लिए उसका Culture उचित होना चाहिए और Embryo freezing process के लिए अच्छी तरह से प्रशिक्षित embryologist and biologist की जरुरत होती है।
4. IVF center में embryos मिक्स होने की संभावना बहुत ही कम है क्योंकि सभी embryos की एक unique tag की साथ codding की जाती है।
5. Embryo Freezing के कारन होने वाले बच्चे पे कोई असर नहीं होता

Embryo freezing के दो तकनीक क्या है ?
-Slow Freezing
-Rapid Freezing या Vitrification

Embryo freezing से growth अटक जाती है क्या ?
Embryo freezing के वजहसे केवल थोड़े समय केलिए embryo की बढ़ती रुक जाती है , जैसे ही उन embryos को उसे करना होता है उनको freezing chambers में से निकालके उनको गरम करके मतलब body temperature पे लाके इस्तमाल किया जाता है और फिर गर्भाशय में embryo transfer किया जाता है।

Embryo Freezing की आवश्यकता क्यों है
कई बार egg pickup होने के बाद , patients embryo transfer के लिए तैयार नहीं होता। ऐसा भी होता है की Couple को एक ही बच्चा चाहिए होता है और 1 से अधिक Embryo बन जाते हैं तो उस स्थिति में डॉक्टर्स इन बचे embryos को अपने freezing chambers में रखते है ताकि आगे जाकर वो बच्चे के लिए कोशिश करे तब ये IVF process फिरसे ना दोहराना पड़े।
