Mousse:
150 g dark chocolate (60%), chopped into very small pieces
120 ml double cream
30 g butter
---
3 egg yolks
2 tsp sugar
---
240 ml double cream
2 tsp sugar
….

3 egg whites
2 tsp sugar

Garnish:
120 ml cream, whipped
1 tbsp sugar
30 g chocolate shavings

Dica: a mousse deve ser refrigerada por pelo menos 4-5 horas antes de servir.
