Now for a standard fare train video before a big mega project I have been working on comes online, which has lots of trains in. But first we have a standard SWR class on borrowed time, we have the Class 455.

Introduced by British Rail between 1982 & 1985 as part of their "Second Generation" rolling stock, and similar in design to class 313, 314, 315, 317, 507 & 508. These were designed for the Southern region and draw power by third rail pickup. South Western Railway are the only company to still operate them with only 82 4-car units resident at SWR's Wimbledon depot. With SWR only using them on them on commuter lines to Chessington South, Guildford via Epsom, Hampton Court & Shepperton via Kingston amongst many others.

My journey sees me on the line from London Waterloo to Hampton Court, with this short snippet comprising the run from Clapham Junction to New Malden, via Earlsfield, Wimbledon & Raynes Park.
