In order to beat the Dark Magus Sisters together without summoning an Aeon you need a bit of luck on your side. You have to get a Preemptive Strike and Wakka has to hit Mindy enough with his Overdrive to kill her! This can be annoying doing it this way and there are a lot easier ways, but they are boring and not challenging ! :D Enjoy.
