Toor Dal - 1/2 cup
Sesame Oil - 2 spoon
Cinnamon - 2 nos
Clove - 4 nos
Small Onion - 1 cup
Asafoetida (GPC) - 5 nos
Carrot & Beans as required
Radish as required
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Homemade Sambar Powder - 3 tsp
Salt to taste
Water - 6 cup
Tamarind Water - 1/2 cup
