And while you're at it, maybe bite into a crisp snack of Rava and Coconut? A light 'bhakri' with a hint of sweetness and a warm, welcoming aroma sounds just right for an evening to satisfy kids or adults, or even oneself :)

Ingredients: (can serve 4-5)
1 cup Semolina (Rava/Sooji)
1 Cup Grated Coconut (about half of a large coconut)
1/4 Cup or 3 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Warm Water
1 Tablespoon Ghee/Vanaspati
Ghee for frying

Form them into desired portion sizes. I made 2 large bhakris and cut them into wedges. Much larger bhakris can be tricky to flip.
