U.S. raises terror alert at military bases in Europe

American military bases in Europe are on heightened alert amid growing concerns of a possible terrorist attack in the coming weeks, U.S. officials say. Bases in Germany, Italy and potentially other countries have reportedly been affected, but details on any specific terror threat remain unknown.
