Today we are looking at the execution of Elke Tsang Kai-mong, a citizen of Hong Kong, on the 16th of December 1994 for drug trafficking in Singapore having been arrested on 26 July 1992 on her way to Amsterdam in the Netherlands from Bangkok Thailand with 4.1307kg of heroin.
