4 Ingredients Nutella Sandwich Cookies| Eggless Nutella Cookies

These Nutella sandwich cookies are easy to make and need only 4 ingredients.

4 Ingredients Nutella Sandwich Cookies| Eggless Nutella Cookies
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup +1 tbsp (150g) All-purpose flour/Maida
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 cup (150g) Nutella
4 tbsp Milk
METHOD:
1. In a bowl, add flour and baking powder and mix well.
2. Add Nutella and combine.
3. Add 4 tbsp milk gradually, 1 tbsp at a time.
4. Knead the dough with hand to form a stiff dough
5. Roll the dough on baking paper to avoid sticking to the surface
6. Cut the cookies with a circle cookie cutter. Cut a circle in the centre using a smaller cutter. You can also use bottle cap for this.
7. Place cookies on a lined baking tray and bake the cookies at b180C for 10-12 mins.
8. Let cookies cool on a wire rack.Once completely cooled, add 1/2 tsp Nutella to the bottom circular cookie and place the centre cut cookie on top and press slightly.
