My video review of the Wusthof Classic 6-Inch Flexible Boning Knife, my favorite knife to debone meat.

hey guys welcome to the review of wusthof classuic 6 inch flexible boning knife.
although I've used many boning knives in the past, I find the wusthof to be the best boning knife for my needs.

USAGE
I've been it using a lot to remove skin from fish and meat, fillet fish, prepare and debone chicken as well as deer. I've actually been using it for a wide variety of tasks and always found it great.
I ended up using this boning knife for slicing as well...
it really is a multipurpose knife for me.

BLADE
the blade is forged with high-carbon stainless steel
It's extremely sharp right out of the box and it holds an edge very well
I find it has the Right flexibility, i mean not as flexible as my fillet knife, but it has just a right amount flexibility for a boning knife.

HANDLE
The handle triple riveted and feels very comfortable... It has a very good feel and balance... and the weight is just right

MAINTENANCE
It requires some basic maintenance, it's very easy to maintain and sharpen when necessary.
I do not put this knife in the dishwasher, i wash them by hand.
It also comes with lifetime guarantee, so it's a knife that lasts for years to come, so even if the price is higher compared to other boning knives, it's well worth it.
